Date: 1/17 - 1/17
Date/Time
Thursday, January 17, 2013 - 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Celebrate the new year with a delicious vegan VegBoone potluck. It will be held on Thursday, January 17th at the Watauga County Public Library, 140 Queen Street in Boone. Arrive between 6:00 and 6:30. Please bring a generous amount of vegan food (no meat, fish, eggs, dairy, or honey) that would yield at least 8 servings, your own place setting, and a copy of your recipe. Multiple copies to share with others would most certainly be appreciated by participants and you can add great vegan recipes to your collection!
Join us for a compassionate dinner with others who eat consciously. Feel free to bring guests, but just be sure to bring enough food to cover for their contribution.
PLUS!
VegBoone member Eva Rand, a registered dietitian, has volunteered to answer nutrition questions about a healthy vegan diet at January's potluck.
