High Country Local First Membership

Membership Criteria for Local Business:

  1. Is your business privately held?
  2. Do the business owners who have a controlling interest of more than 50% live in the High Country?
  3. Can your business make independent decisions regarding the name and look of your business, all business purchasing, practices and distribution?
  4. Do you pay all your own marketing, rent, and other business expenses?
  5. Is your business based locally and has no corporate or national headquarters outside the state?

If you can answer “yes” to these questions, we invite you to join High Country Local First at a business level, sustaining or founding level. If these questions don’t define your business, please join us in supporting our local economy at an individual level!

Farmer

Along with teaching individual members how they can be better Localists, HCLF will curate unique and behind the scenes experiences for Localists with High Country Local First business members. This individual membership program will also be a great new tool for HCLF business members to reach a captive, engaged audience; an audience who wants to interact with and get to know the local business and farming community in a meaningful way.
