High Country Grown is a marketing initiative launched by the Watauga Food Council to promote restaurants that source locally-produced products in the mountains of North Carolina, including Blowing Rock, Banner Elk and Boone.

CSA’s offer opportunities for people to buy a “share” of the upcoming seasons crops to help farmers cover the cost of seed and equipment needed up front.
